the Rock Clinic

Welcome to The Rock Clinic

Professional psychological, physical and complementary therapy

The Rock Clinic Association, a registered charity, is a co-operative association of psychotherapists and counsellors, yoga teachers and complementary therapists providing accessible therapy to the community of Brighton, Hove and Sussex.

The Rock has two sites across the city: Rock East at 270 Eastern Road, Brighton BN2 5TA and Rock West, 8 Western Street, Brighton BN1 2PG. Both Clinics have facilities for individual psychological and physical therapy, with space for group work.  There is full disabled access at Rock West and good disabled access at Rock East.

Both Clinics are in operation during the week from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9am - 2pm at Rock West and 9am - 5pm at Rock East.  Please note that we are closed on public Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

Christmas and New Year 2016/17

The office at each clinic will close at 4pm on 21st December and reopen at 9.30am on Tuesday 3rd January so there will be no reception services available and no initial assessments taking place during this time.

Both Clinics are closed on the Bank Holidays - Monday 26th December, Tuesday 27th December and Monday 2nd January.

Practitioners will inform clients individually of any other holiday dates over the Christmas period.

Rock Clinic practitioners provide a range of therapeutic approaches at affordable cost and offer training placements for those studying or recently qualified in counselling and psychotherapy at post graduate level.

The Clinic is aware that certain groups may have particular issues and experiences which require specialist understanding. We are able to offer help to those from BME, LGBTQ, young people (13+) and Third Age groups, as well as working age adults, and can deliver therapy in a range of languages.
