The fast pace of our busy lives can often leave us feeling tired and stressed. Yoga has a richness to offer that can counter the effects of stress and exhaustion. This monthly workshop aims to expand on the experiences gained in weekly classes to bring a sense of deep stillness and peace to both body and mind. Each month we will balance and calm our nervous system through the practice of different Yoga postures and sequences (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and the use of Mindfulness practices. In addition, other techniques seldom practiced in shorter, regular classes will be offered to truly enhance wellbeing. You are welcome to attend each month or whenever you are able to. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and for those with experience.
Led by Neela Masani, a qualified psychotherapist and Yoga therapist and set in a relaxed and supportive environment, the course provides the ideal opportunity for you to explore and enhance your emotioal health. No previous experience of yoga or mindfulness is required.
