Analytic Group Psychotherapy provides a setting where personal issues can be explored with others in an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality.
The relationships which develop in the group reveal how past patterns of behaviour can be repeated in the present and block growth, intimacy and creativity.
Group psychotherapy can be applied to a variety of dificulties: anxiety, depression and problems in interpersonal relationships are typical presenting features for which a group might be recommended.
